Hi and welcome to my website.
I am a psychotherapist who works with adults, children, families, adolescents and couples. My private practice is in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, MD. My training and experience allow me to assist clients who need help with current crisis situations and healing from painful childhood experiences. I help individuals learn skills to improve their quality of contact in relationships and to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
My job is to provide a safe and caring environment for you while you let go of pain and seek healing and meaning for your life. I have a diverse training which has given me many tools to help individuals and/or families in trouble and crisis. I believe it is critical for a psychotherapist to train broadly, so that he or she can be big enough to help each unique individual in their specific, complex, hurtful, often confusing and frequently stressful relationships or personal problems.
